No. Festability is a non-camping festival. Weekend ticket holders simply return on both days with their wristband or e-ticket.

Festability takes place at Quex Park, Birchington, Kent (CT7 0HR). Please DO NOT use the main Quex Park entrance unless you are a pedestrian. There is no parking on Quex Park estate for our guests. You must use the Manston Road entrance. There is free on-site parking.

Yes. Festability is designed for all ages, with activities and performances for children, young people and families.

Carer tickets are available at a discounted rate when purchased with a full-price ticket. Around 45% of our guests are carers, so we have created a ticketing system that supports real inclusion rather than limiting the numbers to a small few. If you have any issues with carer tickets, please contact Debs directly.

We have Changing Places toilets with hoists, accessible loos, quiet zones, sensory tents, BSL interpreters for performances and volunteers trained in disability awareness. Every part of Festability is designed with inclusion in mind.

No. To make the festival accessible, we do not use strobe lighting.

Your ticket includes free parking, all live music performances, workshops, karaoke, the disco tent, sensory play areas and chill-out spaces. Food, drink, fairground rides and face painting are purchased separately.

Small snacks (such as crisps or chocolate) and water bottles are welcome, especially where guests have food restrictions. However, we ask that you support our food stalls wherever possible, as they pay a percentage of their takings to Festability, which helps us keep the festival running. If you think you may have an issue, please contact Debs in advance.

Yes. Rent-A-Bar will be on site with a wide variety of drinks available to purchase.

The festival will still go ahead. We have a large shade tent (80’ x 60’) and several marquees with activities, so there is plenty of cover if the weather is wet.

Yes. If you need to leave, please ask for a wristband at the gate before exiting. This will allow you to re-enter the same day.

Yes. We welcome group bookings, including SEND schools and residential groups. Please contact us for information about discounts.

We recommend chairs or picnic blankets, sun cream, a raincoat, ear defenders, any essential medication and plenty of water. Layers of clothing are a good idea to cope with the unpredictable British weather.

Yes. Assistance dogs are welcome at Festability.

Yes. Festability merchandise is available to purchase on the day.

Tickets are non-refundable. We cannot offer refunds if you change your mind, make other plans, or cannot attend on the day. Refunds will only be issued if Festability itself is cancelled.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to pass your e-ticket to a friend or family member to use instead, just let us know and we can change the name at no charge to you.

In genuine emergencies we will always listen, but please be aware that we cannot make exceptions for convenience.

Festability is run on a purely voluntary basis, with planning, funding and organisation taking place all year round behind the scenes.

We are a Community Interest Company (CIC) and operate on a not-for-profit basis. Any profit made goes directly into the following year’s event.

Festability is funded through a mix of ticket sales, sponsorship, grants, donations and a percentage of sales from some of our vendors.
